The currently available Tamiya Putty (Basic Type) has long been praised by modellers for its high quality and ease of use. However, it's gray color sometimes made painting over it with a lighter color difficult. Tamiya now provides modellers with a white-colored putty to solve this problem. Useful for filling holes and seam lines, this versatile putty can be used on plastic, wood, or metal, and can also be diluted with lacquer thinner for a wide range of applications. Each aluminum tube contains 32 grams of putty.
Features:
This putty is designed for use with plastic models. Before curing, it can also be diluted with Tamiya Lacquer Thinner.
Applications:
Use for repairing and modifying plastic models. This putty can also be used for repairing and covering surface of metal and wooden models.
How to Use:
Wipe surface clean of dust, oil, etc. Apply using spatula type tool. After curing, shape the surface using a modeling knife or Tamiya finishing abrasive. If putty becomes thin, apply and extra layer.
How to Clean Tools:
Wash with Tamiya lacquer thinner.
