Suspension & Drive Train
Suspension:
Some Ninco cars are fitted with a suspension system to achieve more realistic track handling and to prevent deslotting when the car runs into surface irregularities. Each shock absorber is independent for each wheel to provide constant wheel contact with the track surface.
Shock Absorber Types:
- Soft: Colored red. Suitable for front wheels and the rear wheels of lightweight cars.
- Medium: Colored blue. Very versatile shock absorber. Can be used on both the front and rear wheels. Offers good shock absorption.
- Hard: Colored yellow. The most extreme shock absorber. Recommended for competition cars and heavier cars.
Shock Absorber Systems – Pro Shock and Pro Shock 2:
There are two types of shock absorber systems. These systems are not compatible. The mounting method for each system is different. It is important to look at the chassis of the car to decide which type of shock can be used. Both types of shock absorbers hook onto the axle. The difference is the method in the way they mount to the chassis. Pro Shock absorbers clip on to the chassis. Pro Shock 2 absorber remain in place by pressure.
