This is the Hobbico 12V DC Quick Field Charger MkII.
Two ports with completely independent circuitry allow for one pack to be powered up by itself, or two at once.
Recharges, NiCds, NiMH, even Lithium-Ion/Polymer packs on either side.

Charges 1 to 3 cell Li-Ion or LiPo (Lithium Polymer) Park Flyer batteries using "Constant Current/Constant Voltage" method
Charges 1-8 cell NiCd or NiMH radio batteries.

The Quick Field Charger immediately switches to TRICKLE Charge following a Peak to a charge rate determined by the Fast Charge rate. Those rates are as follows:
